Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased from DukaanWale (Urban Solutions, Shahjahanpur, UP, India). Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee — We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with the service. No questions asked.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your DukaanWale subscription at any time:
- Log in to your dashboard and contact us via email or WhatsApp.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you continue to have access until then.
- After cancellation, no further charges will be made.
- Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation for possible reactivation.
2. Refund Eligibility

| Yearly plan, after 15 days | No refund; benefit until end of year |
| Account terminated for Terms violation | No refund |
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at abhaysingh.spn@gmail.com with subject line "Refund Request - [Your Email]".
- Include: your registered email, shop name, payment date, and reason for refund (optional but helpful).
- We will respond within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Custom development or one-time setup fees (if any)
- Subscription periods already consumed
- Third-party service charges (e.g., Razorpay fees, SMS gateway costs)
- Promotional / discounted purchases with "no refund" clause
5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction:
- Credit/Debit Card — 5-7 business days to reflect
- UPI — 2-5 business days
- Netbanking — 5-7 business days
- Wallets — 3-5 business days
Exact timing depends on your bank and Razorpay's processing.
Note: If you don't receive your refund within 10 business days after we confirm processing, please contact your bank first. If unresolved, email us.
6. Plan Downgrades & Upgrades
- Upgrade from Monthly to Yearly: Pro-rata credit of remaining monthly days is adjusted against the yearly price.
- Adding additional shops: Each shop is a separate subscription; payment is required per shop.
- Downgrades: Effective from the next billing cycle.
7. Failed Payments
If an auto-renewal payment fails:
- We will retry automatically 3 times over 7 days.
- You will receive WhatsApp / email reminders.
- Service continues with a 7-day grace period.
- After grace period, account is suspended until payment is completed. Data is preserved.
8. Chargebacks
If you dispute a payment directly with your bank without contacting us first, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we resolve 99%+ issues amicably.
9. Coupon & Discount Purchases
Purchases made using discount coupons follow the same refund policy. Refunds are calculated on the actual amount paid (after discount), not the original plan price.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Existing subscriptions will continue to follow the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
