DukaanWale exists to help India's small retailers — wine shops, country liquor counters, general stores, and family-run businesses — run their operations with the same tech power that big companies have. We believe that a shopkeeper in Shahjahanpur should have access to the same kind of tools as a Mumbai-based supermarket.

💡 The Story

DukaanWale was born out of a real problem. Abhay Singh, the founder, runs multiple retail shops in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh — including Madha Wine & Beer Shop and BYD Library. Like thousands of shop owners across India, he spent hours every day on paper-based billing, guesstimated inventory counts, and nightly manual hisab reconciliation.

What started as a personal tool quickly became something bigger. After fellow shop owners asked for access, it became clear: there was a real need for affordable, Hindi-friendly, shop-focused software. DukaanWale is the result.

👤 Founder

Abhay Singh is an entrepreneur from Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Along with running DukaanWale, he is the Proprietor of Urban Solutions (GSTIN: 09AWFPS0017C1ZW), owner of Madha Wine & Beer Shop, owner of BYD Library (Build Your Dreams), and serves as Mahasachiv (General Secretary) of the Aawas Vikas Kalyan Samiti. He has been building technology tools for small businesses for years.
